CHALLENGE
In early 2024, PatientPoint, a point-of-care digital health company, was preparing for a rebrand, and needed a multipurpose video to: feature on the landing page of their website, function as “the first slide” in sales decks, and kickoff the 2024 Upfronts in New York. The project was created through the lens of several logistical challenges such as a compressed timeline of 4-6 weeks (inception to delivery) a three-day, three-location production, and a modest budget.
SOLUTION
Craft a human-centered narrative built around a small piece of one man’s health journey. A grandfather stops at a toy store to purchase a gift for his grandaughter’s birthday. En route to her party, he receives a message from his doctor that his “scans are clean.” He flashes back to several key moments – PatientPoint was there the entire time.
