Engagement Ecosystem

CHALLENGE

The first video of a three-part rebranding effort, the Engagement Ecosystem needed to answer the question, “What does the patient journey look like?”  One of the biggest obstacles in the development phase was creating a cohesive solution that could speak to five different audiences: public, practice administrators, clients, providers, and health systems.

 
SOLUTION

A journey is defined as “the movement of people between locations.” The solution, at a high level, was to show left-to-right movement across the four key locations of the PatientPoint ecosystem: at home, the waiting room, the exam room, and the back office. We opted for a spokesperson approach, as this enabled the project and all five of its unique scripts to have a unified and focused voice and point of view. To ensure that all five videos could be captured within two days, we created five 3D previsualizations of the entire set (50’x20’), which included animated actors, moving lights, and a single take, four-and-a-half minute camera move. This provided the client with the ability to approve all aspects in advance, including props and set dressing, individual room sizes, and blocking. Ultimately, PatientPoint was delighted with the outcome, and the project remains one of our most cherished accomplishments.
